Each and every one of our draws can be watched live via our Facebook page. We use a random name and/or number generator to determine the winner.
If a competition that you have entered does not sell out, the draw will still take place and you will have a better chance of winning than if it had sold out! Each draw is guaranteed to take place on the date and time shown on the entry page. All sold tickets are still valid and we will generate a random number until we have a winner.
The competition draw date and time is stated on the entry page for each competition. Each draw is guaranteed to take place at the specified time regardless of how many tickets are sold
We will notify the winner via telephone or email within 7 days of the closing date of the competition. If you change any of your contact details prior to the closing date, you must inform us.
The competition is open to residents of England, Wales, Scotland & Northern Ireland. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
We do not except entries from anyone outside of these areas as the laws for running competitions vary. This competition has been organised to comply with the laws of England, Wales and Scotland.
There are 3 ways to view your ticket number(s).
1. Your ticket numbers will be displayed on your confirmation page.
2. Your ticket numbers will be listed in your order confirmation email.
3. You can find your ticket numbers on the website by logging in and clicking ‘My Account’ > ‘My Orders’.
